Payment methods

All prices on the Website include VAT (when applicable) at the rate in effect and are correct at the time of insertion of the information into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (unless changes affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent).


We always try to ensure that the prices of the goods displayed on the Website are accurate, but occasionally errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of the goods ordered by the User, this will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to keep the order at the correct price or to cancel it. If the user opts for cancellation and has already paid the goods (but has not yet been dispatched) will be refunded in full.


Payment can be made through any credit or debit card of the largest banking networks, ATM or via Paypal. The payment will be debited from your account before dispatch of the goods or provision of service.

ATM


Payments by ATM can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking.

At the end of your order, an ATM reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation email, on the "Orders" tab in the customer's Bana account.

To make the payment in an ATM, the customer must select the option "Payment of Services / Purchases" and insert the corresponding entity, reference and value.


Discount Voucher

How can I use it?

In the last step of the purchase, you will be able to enter the discount voucher code before selecting the form of payment.

We authorize the use of promotional codes strictly on the terms and conditions under which they have been issued which, among others, may include terms related to the User's eligibility to use them or promotional purposes.
